The Board of GeoSmart is pleased to announce the appointment of Trent Lash to the new position of Executive Chairman.  Trent brings a wealth of experience in business leadership, business development and growth that has been gained internationally and in New Zealand. His background includes working with technology and ICT companies, both public and private, at Chief Executive level. He has led two company start-ups and three major growth transformations.
The appointment of Mr. Lash reinforces the company's commitment to growing their business in the SmartFIND(tm) suite of Location Based Services, while continuing to strengthen their position in their SmartPhotos (aerial mapping and photogrammetry) business.

In addition, the major shareholders have increased their investment in the company in recognition of the value that is developing in GeoSmart's new directions
